Help with ReefKeeper, and how to reach a human.
Questions, bug reports and feature requests are all welcome. Email dae-aus-sup@outlook.com.
ReefKeeper is made by one independent developer, so please expect a reply within a few days rather than the same hour. If you are reporting a problem, it helps to include your iPhone model, your iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened.
Start a new test session and enter the values you measured. You do not have to fill in every parameter - enter only the ones you tested, and leave the rest blank. Save the session and the readings are added to your history and to the trend charts.
Each parameter has its own target range. Open the parameter's settings and edit the low and high values to match the numbers you are aiming for in your tank. New readings are then judged against your range, not a generic one.
Yes. You can hide any parameter so it stops appearing when you log a session. Hiding a parameter does not delete anything - the readings you already recorded are kept, and they come back if you unhide it later.
ReefKeeper can export your readings as a CSV file for spreadsheets, or as a JSON backup that keeps the full detail. The export is handed to the standard iOS share sheet, so where it goes - Files, email, another app - is entirely your choice.
Swipe on the reading in the list and delete it. Deleting a reading removes it from your history and from the charts.
On your device, in the app's own database. It is not uploaded anywhere and the developer never sees it. That also means deleting the app deletes the data, so export a JSON backup first if you want to keep it.
